What’s for dinner when it’s too hot to cook?

When it is too hot to turn on the oven, we head out to the grill.  This pork tenderloin takes hardly any time to cook and requires little babysitting, so I could sit in front of the fan while it cooked.

Rub loins with olive oil, dried herbs of choice and a little squeeze of citrus and bring to room temperature before grilling.

Pineapple gets sliced and sprinked with brown sugar. (For a little excitement, add a tiny sprinkle of cayenne.)

And what goes great with this meal? A nicely chilled Toad Hollow Dry Pinot Noir Rose!
